About The Role

Help celebrate the students who make UNSW's Club community what it is! Work alongside a team of full-time and student staff to support the volunteer student executives who run over 400 Arc-affiliated Clubs.

Help deliver Arc Clubs' recognition programs, including the Clubs & Volunteering Rewards Points program and our Clubs Community events: Clubs Kickoff, The Executive Lounge and Town Hall. You'll help process rewards, run events, create content and gather feedback from Club leaders to make each term better than the last.

If you're looking to gain entry-level experience in program delivery, events and community engagement, all while enlivening the student experience (and having fun!), this is the place for you!

Who Are We?

Arc is UNSW's student organisation. We know that the best parts of going to uni are all the things you do outside the classroom, and we pride ourselves on making that experience awesome. We do that through a huge range of opportunities and services available to students online and in person.

Working at Arc, you'll join a welcoming team full of like-minded students who believe in listening to students, working together and having fun between the hard work. Work perks include professional development opportunities, the occasional work cake party, tickets to the Arc Annual Dinner, and more. But probably the best thing you'll get out of working here is the friendships you'll never forget.

Imposter Syndrome disclaimer:

If you’re reading this thinking, ‘no way can I do this, I have no experience’, you should know that some of the best Clubs Officers at Arc applied when they had no experience. We took them on because we believe in giving people their first chance, and because they showed they had a willingness to learn, problem solve and try new things. You could be that person too.
