Job Description

About The Role

Arc Wellness strives to put students’ health and happiness first. Mental health is more important than ever before and one of the best ways we can improve mental health outcomes on campus is empower students to look out for one another. The Wellness Warriors program is all about promoting healthy habits, developing the mental health literacy of the student community, and speaking to the unique challenges and pressures of the student experience. If you are passionate about student wellbeing, love the idea of creating awesome events for your peers, and are excited for a fast and flexible opportunity then apply now – we’ve been waiting for you!

Who are We?

Arc is UNSW’s student organisation. We like to call ourselves the cool older sibling. Working at Arc you’ll join a welcoming team of full of like-minded students, who believe in listening to students, working together and having fun between hard work. But probably the best thing you’ll get out of working here are some friendships you’ll never forget.

Imposter Syndrome disclaimer:

If you’re reading this thinking, ‘no way can I do this, I have no experience’, you should know that some of the best student coordinators at Arc applied when they had no experience. We took them on because we believe in giving people their first chance, and because they showed they had a willingness to learn, problem solve and try new things. You could be that person too.
