Job Description
About The Role
Arc’s mission is to create the best student experience for the UNSW community, and the Arc Ambassador Program is going help us make that happen. There’s always so much happening on campus that students don’t know where to start. The Arc Ambassador Program Officer will lead a team that is all about giving students the inside scoop on where, when and what to do for fun on campus – helping students on their journey to find their thing at uni.
We’re looking for someone who is excited to bring fresh ideas to the table and motivate a team to deliver the most fun engagements, promotions and activations to students as possible. If you’re passionate about helping create memorable experiences and events for the UNSW community and are excited to drive a team that excels in both high-energy fun and high-impact results – this is the opportunity for you!
Who are We?

Working at Arc you’ll join a welcoming team of full of like-minded students, who believe in listening to students, working together and having fun between hard work. But probably the best thing you’ll get out of working here are some friendships you’ll never forget.
Imposter Syndrome disclaimer:
If you’re reading this thinking, ‘no way can I do this, I have no experience’, you should know that some of the best student coordinators at Arc applied when they had no experience. We took them on because we believe in giving people their first chance, and because they showed they had a willingness to learn, problem solve and try new things. You could be that person too.
